Login through the official provider window When you click "Add from cloud" and choose Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or SharePoint, the official login window of the selected provider opens. OptimaPDF NEVER sees or stores your password — all login communication happens directly between you and the service provider.

Temporary session The authorization token is only valid for a limited time and expires when you close the browser tab. On your next visit you may be asked to log in again — this security measure prevents unauthorized access if you leave your computer unattended.

Saved connections — local only For SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive, we remember recently used sites and folders exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage). This data is NEVER sent to the OptimaPDF server, is not synced between devices, and is not visible to other people using this site.
